Formatting Guidelines
Please prepare your abstract using the provided Word template (Abstract Template -NC-ETMMD-2026)
Do not modify the page layout or paragraph styles.
Abstract must be submitted in the .docx (Word File) format
The file size should not exceed 1 MB.
File Naming Convention
Name your abstract file as “A_Kumar.docx”, where A is First Letter of First Name and Kumar is the last name of the presenting author (e.g., if the presenting author's name is Arvind Kumar,the file should be named “A_Kumar.docx”).
Guidelines for Abstract Originality
The submitted abstract must represent original and unpublished work of the author(s).
The abstract should not have been previously presented at another conference or published in any journal/proceedings.
Multiple submissions of the same work under different titles or by different co-authors are strictly prohibited.
Plagiarism in any form (including self-plagiarism) is not acceptable. Similarity checks may be carried out by the organizing committee.
All authors must have contributed significantly to the research work and must approve the submitted abstract.
The presenting author must be clearly identified at the time of submission.
Any ethical issues related to data fabrication, manipulation, or duplication will lead to immediate rejection.
The organizing committee reserves the right to reassign the presentation mode (oral/poster) based on review and slot availability.
