Guidelines for Abstract Originality
The submitted abstract must represent original and unpublished work of the author(s).
The abstract should not have been previously presented at another conference or published in any journal/proceedings.
Multiple submissions of the same work under different titles or by different co-authors are strictly prohibited.
Plagiarism in any form (including self-plagiarism) is not acceptable. Similarity checks may be carried out by the organizing committee.
All authors must have contributed significantly to the research work and must approve the submitted abstract.
The presenting author must be clearly identified at the time of submission.
Any ethical issues related to data fabrication, manipulation, or duplication will lead to immediate rejection.
The organizing committee reserves the right to reassign the presentation mode (oral/poster) based on review and slot availability.
Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentation
Duration: 8-10 minutes presentation + 2 minutes discussion
Presentation format: PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX/PDF only)
Maximum recommended slides: 10–15 slides
First slide should include:
Title of the work
Author names (presenting author underlined)
Affiliation(s)
Font size should be clearly readable (minimum 24 pt recommended).
Presenters must report to the session chair at least 15 minutes before the session begins.
Only the registered presenting author is allowed to deliver the presentation.
A participation certificate will be issued only to the registered presenting author.
Poster Presentation
Design & Layout Specifications:
Dimensions: Print posters in 48" x 36" (landscape).
Fonts: Use simple, clean fonts like Helvetica/ Arial/ Times New Roman. Suggested sizes: 50-80 pt for titles, 40-60 pt for headings, and 32–44 pt for body text.
Colors: Use a light background with dark text for maximum readability.
Title and author details must be clearly visible at the top.
Text should be legible from a distance of 1–1.5 meters.
Authors must be present near their posters during the allocated poster session.
Certificates will be issued only to the registered presenting author.
General Instructions
Registration is mandatory for inclusion in the final program.
Joint presentations are not permitted.
The decision of the organizing committee shall be final regarding scheduling and presentation mode.
Any violation of guidelines may result in cancellation of the presentation and certificate.
