Travel Grant Information

Limited partial travel support is available for Young and Senior Scientists attending the conference. Please note the following conditions:

• The grant is only open to Indian delegates.

• Support will be partial and subject to the availability of funds.

• Applicants must not be receiving any kind of financial assistance.

• A duly filled Travel Grant Application Form, clearly stating that the applicant is not availing any financial assistance and signed/stamped by the Head of the Institution, must be submitted at the venue during the conference.

• Travel Route

  • The travel route undertaken should be the shortest and most economical one.

  • Travel must be undertaken from parent institution to conference venue and back.

  • Any deviation from the approved route will not be considered for reimbursement.

• A copy of tickets must be submitted.

• The selection and extent of support will be decided by the Organizing Committee.

Accommodation for PhD Scholars

Limited accommodation will be arranged for PhD scholars attending the conference, on the following basis:

• Available only on request.

• First-come, first-served basis due to limited seats.

• Allotment will depend on the availability at the time of request.
